Lemon Garden
Starting from the first day of Ramadan to 21 April 2023, treat your friends and loved ones to a
rewarding “Buka Puasa” dining pleasure at Lemon Garden with a lavish Sajian Istimewa Buffet
spread inspired by our Malaysian heritage and delicacies. Our team of culinary experts led by Chef
Mohamad Safe Adin, have curated an array of delicious dishes that will tantalize your taste buds.
Our team has carefully selected the finest ingredients and spices to ensure that every dish is made
to perfection.

The buffet will feature a wide range of traditional Malay, Middle Eastern, and international dishes,
including appetizers, mains, and desserts. Sajian Istimewa buffet is also the perfect opportunity to
sample a variety of international dishes from around the world, such as Japanese sushi and sashimi,
Italian pasta and pizza, and Indian tandoori.
At the seafood station, diners can indulge in a variety of fresh seafood, including prawns, mussels,
and crabs, prepared to perfection. Meanwhile, the staple Malay dishes such as Daging Rendang
Minang, Satay, Udang masak Petai, Ekor masak Assam Pedas, Gulai Tulang Rawan, Kambing
Panggang Berempah, Gulai Ikan Sembilang are a must-try for those looking to experience the
authentic flavours of Malaysia.

The feast includes a heritage theme featuring outdoor Warung’ stalls set up at the Garden Terrace.
The live stations showcase varieties of traditional dishes that add an exciting festive element to the
dining experience. The open warung also adds an interactive element, allowing guests to interact
with the chefs and ask questions about the dishes being served. Some of the popular dishes offered
include Bubur Lambok, Sup Kambing, Lemang Pulut, Ketupat Palas, Fried Cempedak, Pengat
Durian and more. Guests can indulge in mouthwatering selections of Shish Tawouk, Iranian
Kubbeideh, Lamb Shawarma, Barbeque Honey Chicken Wings, Grilled Spicy Tiger Prawns,
Grilled US Oyster with garlic, onion, and coriander, and more at the Warung Bakar-Bakar.
Sajian Istimewa buffet is available from 23 March to 23 April 2023, 7.00pm – 10.00pm. Monday
to Thursday for RM250 nett per person Friday to Sunday and public holidays and RM 290 nett per
