Watsons Unveils Its New Premium Store At The Exchange Trx

Watsons Malaysia, the leading health and beauty retailer in the country, is delighted to announce the opening of its new premium store at The Exchange TRX. With over 700 stores across Malaysia, this expanded layout introduces an innovative design concept that seamlessly integrates offline and online (O+O) services and numerous experience-led zones.

The new design features a more spacious design and vibrant colour schemes enhancing the overall shopping experience. The store also showcases a diverse array of brand-new products, enhancing the shopping experience for health and beauty enthusiasts, and making it not only enjoyable but also interactive.

Customer will have the unique opportunity to experience their favourite merchandise at their leisure via the wide range of samples and testers in designated areas around the store. Numerous experience-led zones including a trending W table for product testing, an elevated cosmetic area, a trending health care zone, the salon at home products, a premium bath range, exclusive K-Beauty, and first-ever K-pop merchandise and many other offerings are available in this new store. On top of that, this new store is also equipped with beauty experts and health advisors to provide attentive services of beauty and health advice to each customer.
