This year’s dining collection aesthetically features an elegant pewter figurine of a snake, graciously complemented by renowned pewter artisans, Royal Selangor. The figurine, depicting the Snake from the Chinese zodiac, is intricately designed with a three-dimensional 24K gilt detailing and rests atop a crimson resin base adorned with stylised motifs of waves, rocks, and clouds.

This year, Tao Chinese Cuisine elevates the Lunar New Year dining experience with its signature Yee Sang, offering five exceptional varieties, boasting premium ingredients such as fresh seafood namely lobster, abalone, soft-shell crab and salmon, as well as premium-quality free-range ducks imported from Ireland’s renowned Silver Hill Farm.
The ducks, raised on a natural diet of grains and spring water, are meticulously prepared through a three-day process, from air drying to roasting, resulting in perfectly crispy skin and tender, juicy meat without a hint of gaminess.
