The simple frame-inspired store design, is really an extension of the owner’s family photo frame business and really a window into one’s hopes and dreams.
The menu covers a wide variety of Cantonese dishes. Many would have tried Sweet & Sour Pork, but have you had Sweet & Sour Pork on Ice?! This is one of the chef’s recommendations and is definitely not an easy dish to prepare, especially when served crispy and buried under the ice. One would wonder, buried under ice, wouldn’t that make it soggy?
That, in fact, is chief chef Liu’s secret recipe, where the ice actually makes the Sweet & Sour Pork pieces even crispier. When you bite into the crispy pieces, it will first send a cold rush through your taste buds but stays warm and tasty on the inside. It is quite a delightful experience!
Another chef’s recommendation is the Japanese cartilage pot. It’s a special mix of miso soup base, cartilage, white radish and carrot, stewed over six hours resulting in a meat so unbelievably soft and tender. Other must try dishes include their lamb shank and sizzling sotong.

餐厅食谱涵盖着种类繁多的粤菜，而且带有家乡菜的味道。相信大家尝过无数次的咕噜肉，那你是否尝过这款踏雪寻梅——冰镇咕噜肉呢？光听名字，就知道一点也不简单。所有香脆的咕噜肉都“埋藏”在冰块底下，或许你会觉得矛盾，那为何还要用“香脆”两字来形容？
其实这就是主厨刘特成师傅的秘诀，他把独有的秘方注入在菜肴中，使咕噜肉越冷就越香脆。当尝在口里时，你会感到一丝冰凉，但细嚼后你卻发现肉质是如此的香脆，果然是外冷内热，相当有特色的一道菜。
再来为大家推荐的是日式软骨煲，老板表示，一只猪只有两支软骨，所以这道菜是限量供应。他们采用味噌调味，把软骨、白萝卜和红萝卜结合在一起，花了6小时时间去焖，所以肉质达到松软的效果。至于，其它你必尝的美食包括山楂羊仔骨、铁板苏东、芹香炒螺肉等等。
